Multiple control options for maximum flexibility
The CHORUS 260 can be operated in three different ways, depending on the installation type:
1. TELETASK system integration (G3)
Full integration with the TELETASK G3 home and building automation system enables advanced control via:
- TELETASK and third party switches (TPMEC and digital inputs)
- TELETASK touch panels and touch screens (AURUS, PENTUS, OPUS, MAIOR)
- ATMOS mobile app
This allows seamless inclusion of audio into smart building scenarios, such as automated background music activation based on presence detection.
Example use case: In a waiting room, motion or presence sensors can automatically activate background music when people are detected (and switch OFF after a predefined time when the room is no longer occupied).
2. Mobile app control (Wiim / 4Stream)
The device can be controlled via the Wiim or 4Stream mobile app, allowing users to manage playback, volume, and sources directly from their smartphone.
This option is ideal for standalone installations that are not integrated into a TELETASK system.
3. IR remote control
An included infrared remote control provides simple local operation, making it suitable for direct user control in individual rooms or zones. In this case, the CHORIS 260 is to be installed in the room where you want to use the IR remote control.
Advanced TELETASK integration features
When integrated into a TELETASK system, the CHORUS 260 supports core audio functions such as:
- On/off control
- Volume control
- Mute
- Source selection
- Favorite presets (track, playlist, or TuneIn station)
More advanced content management, such as creating Spotify playlists, is handled directly through the Wiim/4stream app for maximum flexibility.
Simple configuration and setup

Audio licensing
To setup a working audio integration, for CHORUS 260 devices, with a TDS installation, there is no need for an audio license, like you need for other audio systems.
