NEW: ATMOS update now also contains PORTA

TELETASK introduces the updated PORTA app, an efficient solution for managing and monitoring access control logs. Specifically designed for users with one or more TELETASK proximity readers, PORTA is now fully integrated as a new component within the ATMOS app platform for mobile devices and Windows PC.

 

What is PORTA?


In combination with TELETASK’s access control system, the PORTA app visualises who has entered your home or building, directly from your smartphone, tablet, or PC. It allows users to check access information from wherever they are, making it an ideal tool for anyone who values security.


PORTA is available free of charge for all users with an active ATMOS subscription and a G3 installation (PROSOFT 5).

 

Easy export of access logs


One of PORTA’s key features is its ability to automatically generate a CSV file, containing access log data. This file can be sent to a predefined email address, as configured by the system integrator in PROSOFT 5, making it easier than ever to track entry history, from anywhere on the globe.


Sending log reports is fully automated and triggered via TIMESOFT. Users can choose to send reports daily, weekly, or monthly. Each report includes access data generated since the previous report, with a maximum of 90 days. In the ATMOS mobile app, the data remains available as long as the app is not manually reset by the user.


Please note: to send these reports via email, a TSF16100 subscription is required. This includes the REMOTE SERVICES package with secure mail functionality.

 

Simple configuration by the system integrator


The email address to which reports are sent can be easily configured in PROSOFT 5 via the "Extras > Options > Email addresses for PORTA" menu.
