Discover how Hotel 't Fraeyhuis combines heritage with the most modern home automation
With an ambitious renovation, the entrepreneurial family Van Maele-Reso revived the old Egmond Hotel located in the Minnewaterpark in Bruges. There they opened their new four star hotel ‘Hotel ’t Fraeyhuis’ in July 2019. The hotel has a trendy bar, luxury rooms and suites. The charming rooms are unique and all equipped with the newest TELETASK home automation.
Hotel ’t Fraeyhuis is named after the castle of the Fraeys family that once stood in the Minnewaterpark in Bruges. There’s no doubt that this new boutique hotel is one of the most modern in Bruges. All rooms are equipped with home automation. Guests can use their smartphone to open doors and charging stations for electric cars are available.
No lack of comfort
With the TELETASK GUI+ system, hotelemployees can centrally control and monitor the hotel mood lighting, heating and airconditioning. The NUVO musicsystem has also been integrated by this system.
In order to enter their room the guests put their accesscard in the provided reader and the lighting, heating/cooling are immediately correctly set. Guests can adjust the lighting, heating and airconditioning easily by themselves with the userfriendly AURUS OLED touchpanel in every room - without any further explanation from the hotel staff.
The home automation was installed by the electrical contractors Stein and Lieven De Schacht, experienced systemintegrators who have been working with TELETASK already for 20 years.
