EL Architects is a forward-thinking architecture. The team of eighteen employees mainly works on large residential and commercial projects in Flanders/Belgium. Their designs, known for timeless architecture, optimal use of space and a strong focus on ambience and experience. To extend that same vision into their own offices, they chose a fully integrated TELETASK solution.
A workplace powered by TELETASK home automation
Inside the office, TELETASK manages the complete control of lighting (via DALI), heating and cooling. Everything is centrally integrated and easy to operate through a large MAIOR touchscreen, complemented by tablets that give extra flexibility to the staff. The result is an efficient and comfortable workplace where technology fits seamlessly into the team’s daily activities.
Sustainable mobility as an addition
Outside, attention was also given to smart and sustainable solutions. For their parking area, EL Architects installed a Mennekes SMART 22 charging station with two type-2 connections of 22 kW each. Both can be used at the same time, with easy activation by RFID identification. Thanks to the option to expand up to sixteen charging points, the system is fully prepared for future needs. The energy management within the TELETASK system, avoids general peaks and overloads of the electrical installation.
Craftsmanship in execution
The technical installation of both the TELETASK home automation system and the Mennekes charging solution was carried out by Jan Desmedt from Wingene, who ensured flawless execution.
