Our Support

TELETASK wants to supply you both high level products and high level service. After-sales service is organised by TELETASK Belgium to your local importer/distributor, always in close cooperation with your personal System Integrator who installed and configured your system. This company will take care of after sales services if you are in need of technical support, within or after the warranty period.

All TELETASK installations are serviced by your personal System Integrator who has installed and configured your installation. If your System Integrator is no longer operational, you can ask for an alternative, experienced and certified TELETASK specialist in your area. Therefore, please contact the TELETASK distributor for your country (go to teletask.be/contact for a list per country/area).

The TELETASK products have a 3 year warranty and can be serviced within and after the warranty period by the TELETASK service center nearest to you or by TELETASK headquarters and factory in Belgium. Please contact your local distributor for all service details.
